This enables easier straighten and paint work.
It also helps beautiful paint finish.

[Rough Straightening]
This is the first straightening phase.

[Repair]
The repair master works on the roughly straightened panel. This is the real "Expert Skill"!! He works carefully and smoothly.

[Putty]
He shaves the putty after puttying up the repair point.
He makes complete shape and body line.
It proves that the thinner putty the better job. The thin putty is the result of good shaping line.

Next, let's pass a baton to The Paint Master.

[Final process]
This is the paint process.
The paint master straightens as the final process and spray using the surfacer.

[Masking]
This is the masking process.
Masking process is done carefully and tightly so that paint will not get into unnecessary place.

[Painting]
Body color No. is 744 (brilliant silver metallic) -- Mercedes' popular color.
The paint master makes color adjustment because every car's color is slightly different due to difference of usage.
He blends several paints and creates best match color for the car. This is the most sensitive and valuable process. Our painting booth keeps no dust environment so that the finish will be high quality.
Of course The Paint Master's skill is No.1!!

[Painting parts]
We straighten the side spoiler and decollations and paint them all.

[Complete!]
We finally put on all the parts and decollations.
We wash the car by hand (not by the machine) with shampoo.
The total working days are just 4 days.
This time, we changed to new tires due to the customer's order at the same time.
